Mantinea in 418 as an adviser of king Agis IIa. He
also participated in the battle at Aegospotamid. As
nauarch of the year 398/7 he was occupied in the theater of war in Asia Minorceg. In 396/5 he was with Dionysius of Syracuse and
supported him in his war against Carthageb. In summer
390 he found himself at the Isthmus with Agesilaosf.
